My work with people convinced me a long time ago that many individuals long for some kind of motivational and inspirational thought for the day. Many of these people are not necessarily deeply religious, but they still have high values. They desire to have time during each day, even though brief, when they are challenged to live better and more noble lives. Such was my motivation for starting “Today’s Key To Confident Living” - a radio program that is now heard on 150+ radio stations in the USA and an additional 230 stations in Latin & South America and Europe.
Today’s Key To Confident Living began on WPHM in Port Huron, MI in 1994 in a format similar to the one in use today. (WPHM continues to use the program.) The goal was to present moral, biblical and inspirational truth in a manner which made sense to listeners. The program quickly met with wide acceptance and station personnel encouraged us to seek out other stations who would be interested in the program. Today 150+ stations use the English version and another 230 stations us the Spanish version, Clave a la Felicidad.
Keys To Open Your Heart. As the number of stations increased, so did the requests for more and more of the scripts. It was decided to put 100 of the scripts into book form. Rather than just publish a book, we wanted to make it a a book that would help readers get the maximum benefit from what they read. It was determined that journaling added that something extra that helped the mind and the heart solidify what it had read. Thus we have added a page to each script for you to write your thoughts, goals and prayers for that day. Knowing we are in the process of growing and maturing, there is a place on the journaling page for you to record your thoughts the second time you read the book. It will be interesting and encouraging to see how God is helping you to become more and more the type of person He wants you to be.
Todayís Key To Confident Living and Clave a la Felicidad are the main parts of Key Ministries, Inc, a non-profit ministry.
